In line with the newly finalized OSHA heat safety mandates, we implement comprehensive Heat Injury and Illness Prevention Plans. This includes designated hydration schedules, acclimatization for all workers, and documented heat monitoring during high risk periods.

Accountability is digital. We use OSHA’s Injury Tracking Application ITA to maintain transparent, accurate safety logs, treating our safety documentation with the same precision as our technical builds.

Following the latest PPE fitment regulations, we ensure all gear from arc rated clothing to respiratory protection is sized for the individual and inspected daily for wear and tear.

We maintain a strict “Test Before Touch” policy. Our LOTO procedures meet current OSHA 1910.147 requirements to guarantee that hazardous energy is fully controlled and verified before any technician approaches a system.
